Open Face Roast Beef Sandwiches

- 1 lb. of Medium sliced deli Roast Beef
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- Prepared Mashed Potatoes
- Brown Gravy
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small pan in foil. Layer roast beef and slivers of butter. Fold foil to cover roast beef. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
2. While roast beef is cooking prepare gravy per instructions on envelope.
3. Layer plates with slices of bread, mashed potatoes, roast beef slices and gravy.
