Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, United Southern Bank will be closing the lobbies at all of our branches beginning March 20, 2020.

All drive-thrus will remain open to serve you.

If you need assistance with a new account, loan or any other in-person service, we request that you make an appointment to be seen.

Please do not enter our building if you are exhibiting any symptoms of illness. We appreciate your cooperation as we all do what we can to help prevent the spread of the Corona virus.

Keep in mind that United Southern Bank offers convenient solutions to banking without a branch:

  • Internet banking for account monitoring, transfers, bill pay, loan payments, email statements, etc.
  • ATM withdrawals and deposits Mobile banking (Snap! App!) for account management, deposit checks, transfer funds, bill pay, etc.
  • Telephone banking for balance information
  • Night Depository (processed all day)
  • P2P- Person to Person payments through Snap!App!

At United Southern Bank, the health and safety of our employees, customers and community is a top priority.  Like a growing number of companies, we are proactively following news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to keep our employees and our customers safe while they are in our branches.  Our Executive Leadership has activated our pandemic preparedness plan and are closely monitoring the situation with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Please know that we have implemented increased cleaning procedures in high touch areas including ATMs, teller line areas, counters and door handles.

While at this time the virus has not posed a specific challenge to the areas served by our offices, we understand some customers may wish to limit public interactions as much as possible until this threat passes. Keep in mind that United Southern Bank offers convenient solutions to banking without a branch:
