May CIA: “Caught in the Act”
We celebrated Amy Peters, Electronic Banking Specialist
this month as the employee who was Caught In the Act of Going Above & Beyond.
Amy was nominated by her peers for helping a co-worker find the best solution for the customer wanting to transfer money. She also ensured they had all the information to set it up for the customers so the customer wouldn’t have to worry about doing that themselves.
Amy provides extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, always smiling and pleasant.
