It is with great pleasure that we announce Kelly Downs’ promotion to Loan Officer/Branch Manager at the Main Office!

Kelly joined USB in November 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at the Main branch and most recently served as a Loan Assistant and Secretary for the Board of Directors.

Kelly is a Todd County native where she graduated from Todd County Central High School and received her associate degree in Business Administration from Daymar College. Kelly married Alex in October 2015 and together they have two children, Lincoln and Hampton.
