Congratulations to Rasha Wilson for being awarded the March Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond award!

We are thankful to have Rasha on our team and appreciate her going above and beyond to provide our customers with excellent service.

Rasha was nominated by a co-worker that stated, “the customer service she provides is top-notch!” A customer called and sounded disoriented, she apologized for dialing the wrong number. Rasha took it upon herself to call the customer back and talked to her for a few minutes just to be sure she was feeling alright. She even talked the customer into calling her doctor’s office to try and make an appointment with them about her health. She didn’t stop there; she called the customer back the next day to check on her. The co-worker said, “I believe that this care and concern for our customers is what sets Rasha and USB above all others.” Way to go above and beyond, Rasha!
