We want to celebrate Josh Fidler, Information Technology Officer, as our 2nd Quarter Employee Spotlight!

Josh started at USB as an IT Assistant at the Main Office in 2012 and was promoted to IT Officer in 2015.

Josh has been married to his wife, Amanda, since 2005 and together they have a  14-year-old son named Aiden and a 10-year-old daughter named Makenzie. They love animals and have a rabbit named Thomas, 2 dogs named Ruger and Cheetah, and a guinea pig named Velvet.

They really enjoy spending time together as a family, traveling to National Parks, hiking, and visiting local attractions like zoos, farms, and state parks. Some of their favorite parks that they have visited include Everglades, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Petrified Forrest, and Dry Tortugas. The kids keep them busy with their activities of photography, soccer, and art.

Josh stated, “The past eleven years at USB have been wonderful because I have great coworkers, work-life balance, and opportunities to grow in my career. IT keeps me busy since it is always changing, and I have to stay ahead of the current trends to keep USB in the most modern, efficient, and secure technology.”
