Congratulations to JoAnn Hubbard for being awarded the June Caught in the Act of Going Above and Beyond (CIA) Award!

JoAnn was nominated for going above and beyond so that a customer felt cared about on his special day. A customer came in and told her that his birthday was coming up. He added that he was always sad because since his mom died, he doesn’t get any kind of birthday cake or sweets. JoAnn told him to be sure to come in the following week. On his birthday, she brought in homemade cookies with a sweet “happy birthday” note.
