Congratulations to Brittany Butler for being awarded the August Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Brittany has received several customer compliments and co-worker nominations. One co-worker said “Brittany goes above and beyond to take care of USB customers. Recently, she sat down with a customer to research a strange charge on the customer’s account. She takes the time to help our customers and is efficient and respectful in the process. I would like to recognize her for the wonderful example of kindness and teamwork she sets here at USB.”

A customer recently called to state how much she appreciates Brittany with all the assistance with her and her mother’s accounts.
Another customer submitted a great review on our Facebook page. She helped the customer get charges refunded from a suspicious website and helped her set up her new debit card to avoid any additional scam charges. The customer stated, “Had a delightful experience with Ms. Brittany Butler at the Canton Branch yesterday. Love my bank!! She walked me through my problem. Even came out to my car with paperwork for me to sign. Thank you, sweet lady!!!”
