The Welcome Home Program offers grants to homebuyers up to $20,000 or $25,000 for honorably discharged veterans, active duty military personnel, reservists and surviving spouses of service personnel that will be applied towards the down payment or closing cost of your new home. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, upgrading to a larger space, or simply looking for a fresh start, this grant could be the helping hand you need to step into your dream home.

Program Features:

• Homebuyers must pay at least $500 towards the purchase of the home.
• You do not have to be a first-time home buyer to qualify for this grant.
• The home must be used as your primary residence.
• The grant may be used in conjunction with other programs such as FHA, VA, USDA/Rural Housing.
