We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Rebecca Lancaster, BSA Officer, as our Second Quarter Employee Spotlight!

Rebecca started her career at United Southern Bank in 2013 as a Teller at our Clinic Drive Branch. She states, “The past 10 years at United Southern Bank have been wonderful. It’s been a great journey starting from a Teller and working my way up to becoming the BSA Officer. I have learned a lot and have had the opportunity to work in various roles such as backup Proof Operator, Head Teller, and BSA Assistant.”

Rebecca is a proud mother of two daughters and a son, Macy (15), Lily (14), and Asher (8). She has two cats named Sassy and Snickers. Her children keep her busy with their activities such as football, cheerleading and horseback riding.

In her free time, she loves spending quality moments with friends and family. She enjoys going shopping, camping, geocaching, traveling, and going on vacations to the beach and the mountains.

Rebecca said, “It’s been a pleasure being part of the USB family, and I look forward to many more years of growth and learning.”

We are grateful for Rebecca’s dedication and many contributions to the bank. It’s wonderful to see her growth and development throughout her career. We are very proud of her and happy to have her at United Southern Bank!
