Congratulations to Amy Jones for being awarded the June Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Amy was nominated as CIA for June by several of her peers. She is fearless to take on new responsibilities and gives 100%. Recently, she was tasked with a big project and accepted it willingly. She is constantly challenged in her role with changes to regulations and customer issues, yet she is professional and goes the extra mile to help customers.

There are times she has to repeat the same things and does so with a smile. She believes in training people, so they have capabilities to do more for themselves and to help others, including customers. She cares for her team, keeps everyone laughing and is thoughtful. She makes time to volunteer and help the community as well.

Amy is a rockstar and we’re glad she’s part of our USB family!
