United Southern Bank proudly attended the 51st Annual Human Rights Commission Unity Breakfast at the Bruce Convention Center.

The breakfast was a heartwarming reminder of this year’s theme – Humility, Unity, Peace. We also had the honor of hearing from keynote speaker, Christian County Circuit Judge Andrew Self, who spoke on the importance of loving thy neighbor regardless of their ethnicity, religion or political beliefs.

The breakfast concluded with the presentation of several awards. We are especially proud that the Bernard Standard of Excellence Award was presented posthumously to Brandon Oldham. Brandon was nominated for the award just days before his passing. His family proudly accepted the award in his honor.
