Congratulations to Mercedes Bussell for being awarded the November Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Mercedes was nominated for demonstrating our core values in action. An Amish customer came in and asked for help getting their horse and buggy unstuck. Even though she was busy, this employee didn’t hesitate to go out and hold the horse as we got the buggy turned around. Then, she also helped hook the buggy back up to the horse. This employee has taken on additional work lately yet doesn’t let the busyness stop her from helping those around her or put a smile on someone’s face!
