FRAUD ALERT: We’ve been notified that scammers are calling customers and spoofing the Main Office phone number for United Southern Bank. They claim to be from a “fraud department” and ask about recent transactions. While we may occasionally call to verify suspicious activity, United Southern Bank does not have a fraud department. If you receive a call like this, please hang up and contact your local branch directly.

Please remember:

– USB will NEVER call you to ask for personal information, PINs, online banking login information or demand money for legal fees or investigations.

– If you receive a suspicious call – even if it appears to come from our phone number

– hang up immediately! Then, call your local USB branch directly at 270-885-0056 to report suspicious activity. These scammers may sound convincing, but do not trust caller ID alone.
