Each quarter, we take a moment to shine the spotlight on someone truly outstanding, a team member who not only brings talent and dedication to their role but also embodies the very core of our values and mission. The Employee Spotlight is our way of recognizing those who strive at developing new skills, consistently showing up with a strong work ethic, collaborating and making a real impact.

This quarter, we are excited to shine the spotlight on Brittany Butler. Brittany has over 11 years of banking experience and joined USB in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative/Teller. Her strong work ethic, drive and initiative helped her develop skills to move into roles including Customer Service Representative Trainer and Loan Support. She now has lending authority, something she is very excited about.

Brittany stated, “I truly enjoy working for a small community bank and take pride in building strong relationships while servicing customers in any way I can. I am grateful to USB for providing me with opportunities for growth, and I especially appreciate my mentor, Brandon Oldham. I cherish everything he taught me during the time we worked together.”

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her significant other, Devarius, their 12-year-old daughter, Kylah, and 9-year-old Yorkie, Cruz. She loves being with family and friends, traveling, and shopping.
