We are thrilled to announce our partnership in the Welcome Home Program Grant! Funds will be available starting April 6, 2026.

The Welcome Home Program Grant offers grants to homebuyers up to $20,000 that will be applied towards the down payment or closing cost of your new home. Whether you’re a first time home buyer, upgrading to a larger space, or simply looking for a fresh start, this grant could be the helping hand you need to step into your dream home.

Program Guidelines:

Homebuyers must contribute at least $500 of their own funds toward down payment and closing costs.
You do not have to be a first-time home buyer to qualify for this grant.
The home must be used as your primary residence.
The grant may be used in conjunction with other programs such as FHA, VA, USDA/Rural Housing.

Income limits do apply for this grant. The total income limits for all occupants who will reside in the home is at or below 80 percent of the Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) limit for the county and state where the property is located.

Christian County Limits:
1 – 2 persons: $79,195
3 + persons: $91,074
Todd County Limits:
1-2 persons: $73,824
3 + person: $86,128
Trigg County Limits:
1-2 persons: $79,195
3 + persons: $91,074
