Congratulations to Jessica Alexander for being awarded the May Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Her nomination stated, “She is always bringing funny conversations to lighten the groups’ communication. She is a pillar to our department, often working under extreme pressure to help our department.”

Jessica has continued to show up with dedication to her work and co-workers year after year. We are very blessed to have her on our team. USB wouldn’t be what it is without her!

This is a wonderful nomination and so true on how much of an asset Jessica is to the loan processing team and USB!
