Congratulations to Mercedes Bussell for being awarded the June Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Mercedes was nominated for this award by a director through a customer who wanted to acknowledge the awesome service she received.

A customer called while on vacation after her room had been robbed and this employee immediately helped put her at ease by reviewing recent transactions and providing support in several ways. Since the customer had no cash or card, she walked her through linking her bank account to Cash App.

She also ordered a new debit card, and Mercedes went to the Main branch to pick up the new card and ensured everything was ready at the branch when the customer came back to town.

Mercedes consistently goes above and beyond for our customers. She exemplifies our mission and core values.
