We have been made aware that a scammer is spoofing our Canton Pike branch phone number, 270-886-8580, in an attempt to impersonate United Southern Bank.
The caller is claiming to be “Steve from United Southern Bank” and is telling customers they have been alerted to ACH fraud on their account. The caller is then requesting the customer’s online banking information.
Please remember that United Southern Bank will NEVER call you and ask for your online banking username, password, or other security information. We also do not have an employee named Steve making these calls.
If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from United Southern Bank, please hang up and contact your local branch directly using a trusted a phone number.
