Congratulations to Alesa Littlefield for being awarded the July Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Alesa’s nomination stated, “She always goes above and beyond for our customers. A customer recently finished a job early and was stranded without a ride back to Pembroke. This coworker took it upon herself  to call every single driver she knew to see if they could come pick him up. She offered the customer cookies, coffee, candy, and water while he waited. She not only goes above and beyond for our customers, but she also goes above and beyond for our branch. She is constantly decorating, cleaning, organizing and disinfecting our branch. She is always ready and willing to help her co-workers with any tasks, and we are honored to work with her.”
