Mercedes joins us as the Head Teller/Customer Service Representative at our Pembroke Branch. She comes to USB with banking experience, most recently as a Teller Supervisor. She likes banking since she enjoys helping others.
Mercedes is a native of Elkton who currently resides in Hopkinsville with her husband, Brooks. She is the mother of a 12-year-old son, Stephon, and two daughters, Brooklynn (20) and Merci (5). She also has a 10-week-old Labrador Retriever named Kai.
Her hobbies include spending time with family, traveling, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
