Candra was nominated for going above and beyond to help customers. She keeps a positive attitude while doing so even when it’s a difficult situation. She displays enthusiasm, positive attitude, eagerness, ambition, and passion. Regardless of how many times she has to explain the same thing to a customer, she does so with a smile. She does not allow herself to get overwhelmed and is always poised.
