Congratulations to Tracey Groves for being awarded the December Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Tracey was nominated for CIA for truly stepping up during the ITM launch and going above and beyond to support her customers. Tracey eagerly helped her drive-thru customers learn how to use the new machines and even volunteered her time on a Saturday for those who couldn’t make it during the week. She maintained a positive attitude all week long, ensuring that customers did not feel intimidated by the new technology.
