Rental Rates:
- $50 per day for USB customer
- $75 per day for non-USB customer
- $25 key deposit for all users that will be refunded if the key is returned and the building is in acceptable condition after use.
The Community Room features:
- Full size refrigerator
- Full size stove
- 33 gallon trash can
- 5 tables
- 47 chairs
