Congratulations to Brittany Butler for being awarded the September Caught in the Act of Going Above & Beyond (CIA) Award!

Brittany’s nomination states that she goes above and beyond her job title. She will stop whatever she is doing to help on the teller side. She covers lunches, helps count the vault and assists with the ITM. She will find an answer for any question you may have. She puts a lot of effort into helping customers and fills other roles. She wears many hats, all to provide exceptional customer service.
