Each quarter, we take a moment to shine the spotlight on someone truly outstanding, a team member who not only brings talent and dedication to their role but also embodies the very core of our values and mission. The Employee Spotlight is our way of recognizing those who strive at developing new skills, consistently showing up with a strong work ethic, collaborating and making a real impact.

This quarter, we are excited to shine the spotlight on Lori Eadens. When Lori joined USB in 2020, she brought an extensive background in the medical field.  She was unsure of the career change, yet she stated that “it was a change that worked out better than I ever expected”. Lori started as a part-time drive-thru teller and later moved to a full-time teller position at our Elkton branch in 2021.   She advanced her career to a Loan Assistant and now is a Junior Lender continuing to assist our Elkton customers.

Lori stated, “throughout my time here, I’ve really enjoyed building relationships, not only with my coworkers but with our customers as well. One of the things I value most about my work is being part of a team that supports each other while also making a positive impact in the community”.

She is a proud parent of four children and has four grandchildren. Lori loves spending time outdoors and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance, especially to visit her grandsons.  Lori is an animal lover, and has two dogs, Bruno and Cocoa, along with a cat, LuLu. Throughout the year, you can often find Lori chasing hot air balloons or cheering on the Denver Broncos.
