Tanya, Branch Manager at Clinic Dr. was the recipient of September’s Caught in the Act of Going Above and Beyond.
A new customer bragged about their excellent experience opening an account for her son and her. She inquired and this employee provided a lot of information and went above and beyond explaining the accounts and requirements. She then offered to have the paperwork ready so she can either stop on lunch or the employee would go to her.
Way to go above and beyond!
