Congratulations to Kristy Johnson, Card Services Specialist, for being awarded the CIA (Caught in the Act) of Going Above & Beyond award.

We are thankful to have Kristy on our team and appreciate her always going above and beyond to take great care of our customers!

Kristy was nominated by a coworker because she went WAYYYYY over and beyond to help a new business customer. She took time out of her morning to drive to Oak Grove to deliver the new customer’s paperwork and V/D card when he was unable to leave his business. We are thankful that Kristy always demonstrates true teamwork.
